Office Hours & Networking Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 7/11/2024

1. Introduction Welcome to our Monthly Office Hours & Networking 6 month package. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling. By participating, you agree to these terms.

2. Program Details

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Start Date: September 18th, 2024

  • End Date: February 2025

  • Meeting Frequency: 3rd Wednesday of every month

  • Meeting Duration: 60 min

  • Platform: Skype

 

3. Fees and Payment

  • Total Cost: Special intro rate: $225 (rate is firm till End of Day, 11:59 PM EST, August 15th, 2024)

  • Payment Schedule: Pay in Full

  • Payment Methods: Debit, Credit

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation: Participants can cancel within 5 business days after the first Office Hours & Networking session (September 25th, 2024).

  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued after the initial cancellation period.

  • Program Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the program with a prorated refund for any remaining sessions.

 

5. Participant Responsibilities

  • Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. There are no make-up sessions.

  • Participation: Active participation and engagement in the program activities are required.

  • Confidentiality: Participants must respect the confidentiality of other attendees. You will not disclose confidential information. Additionally, you will not disclose any information that you are otherwise prohibited from disclosing under applicable law or which might result in your breach of any regulatory, legal, ethical, or professional standard or rule.

 

6. Silver Lining Strategy LLC Responsibilities

  • Program Delivery: We will deliver all scheduled sessions as outlined.

  • Support: We will provide guidance and support in each session. We will cover relevant business topics pertaining, share tools and information that may help operational efficiency, teachings on insights, research methods, etc. We may invite special guests or clients to speak at sessions to add additional value.

  • Chat: Participants are invited to network at the end of each session with other participants. A Skype chat will also be available in between sessions to provide another avenue of connection with the community.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided during the program are the intellectual property of Silver Lining Strategy LLC and are for personal use only. Distribution or reproduction of these materials is prohibited.

 

8. Liability

  • Silver Lining Strategy LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the program.

 

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
