Before embarking on this journey, I held key roles in NYC-based businesses, including Director of Innovation at a research firm and account management at a leading marketing agency for niche audiences. With a degree in Psychology and over 20 years of customer-facing experience, I bring valuable perspective and personalized guidance to my clients.
