Fae-Bound:
Escape from Mystralis

A limited run live-action role-playing game.

You barely remember who you were before you were trapped in the fae realm of Mystralis — before the magic began unraveling your humanity.

You are bound to a fae noble, tricked into a contract that was never meant to be fair. Each day, the magic of the fae realm changes you, reshaping you into something...other.

Whispers of rebellion stir in the shadows, a flicker of hope where none should exist. Among the lowest ranks of the fae-bound, a plan is taking shape—one that could shatter the chains of servitude forever.

Welcome to Mystralis

This game takes place in a land called Mystralis, a kingdom located within the realm of the Fae.

The story is told in four chapters; each chapter takes place over the course of a 3-day weekend.

  •  You don't need to attend all four events to play.

  • The game is designed with beginners in mind and is intended to be family friendly. There are minimal rules to learn and our core values place an emphasis on safety first.

  • Spaces are limited.

You can choose to be a Fae Noble or a Human.

  • If you like to solve puzzles, be heavily involved in the story/plot or like to engage in live-action combat, you're encouraged to play a Human.

  • If you prefer a politics heavy, social game, you are encouraged to play a Fae Noble. Fae Nobles don't dirty their hands with combat and are a great option for non-combat characters.

The Main Story Arc

The Hundred Days Feast, a grand revel where the next Fae ruler of Mystralis will be chosen, is fast approaching.

The noble courts are hard at work scheming and maneuvering to see their chosen leader take the throne for the next Season. Tensions run high, alliances shift like autumn leaves, and every whispered promise or veiled threat could tip the balance of power.

With the nobles so intensely consumed by their political warfare, few pay heed to the ones who serve them. For those desperate to escape the Fae realm, this rare moment of distraction may be their only chance.

Freedom comes at a cost.
Will you risk everything to pay it?
